Taking cognizance of the miserable state of health conditions in Kayat Kalan, especially where, the females during pregnancy period were facing problems in travelling. It was a serious problem for the communities when they had to take the patient out of their area to somewhere around 6-11 km on their shoulders. All the WOs of the village collective; raise their voice on this issue and suggested to WWO for the fulfillment of the need of the Health Centre to address this issue. On this regard WWO arrange Preventive Health Care and Hygiene Awareness Sessions at different identified places and establish Health Care Centre at a house free of cost offered by Kayat Kalan local community. The organization worked on replicating and up-scaling its experience in the health sector; such as providing health services related to mother & child healthcare, child immunization, family planning, management of medical camps/mobile units, training of lady health workers and awareness raising on preventive health measures in relation to water borne and other communicable and non-communicable diseases.
